After graduating successfully from the Sorbonne University in Paris, Gerard Picovschi created his own firm in 1988 with one concern in mind: fight for people that could not do it by themselves.

Years after many success, the firm grew and became Avocats Picovshi. Today, Picovschi Law firm boasts a variety of departments, allowing us to assist and advise businesses, their managers, CEOs, and private individuals with absolute professionalism.

Founding partner of the firm in 1988, Gérard Picovschi, dedicated to his work, is passionated about the practice of law since his earliest childhood. He chose to study business law at The Sorbonne University. After working closely with recognized international law firm where he handled various sensitive issues, he then decided to create his own firm. Always seeking the best outcome possible, Gérard Picovschi knew how to innovate in order to offer greater efficiency. He provided the law firm with a “research lab” to enhance the creation of strategies and tactics with the sole purpose of helping our clients towards success, with innovative process for negotiation to avoid going to court. Hence, our law firm has become the author of a recognized know-how in tax or social optimization taken over by firms all over France. Gérard Picovschi is a lecturer for national and international chambers of commerce, professional unions, large financial institutions and foreign embassies. Gérard Picovschi acts in litigation as well as in counselling for our international and national Clients. He has set up a cross-disciplinary organization among the firm members, offering his know-how and expertise as well as the entire scope of skills. Aline Picovschi is the head of our general administration department at Picovschi Law Firm. Formally trained in economics, she once served as marketing manager of the Paris Stock Exchange. She later went on to establish the private banking unit at SIACI, a large insurance broker, before finally joining us here at Picovschi Law Firm.
